All personalised items are non - refundable unless they are damaged on arrival. As our items are made to order / bespoke custom items that are only made due to your order placed we are not breaking the 2015 consumer rights act Aslong as your item is not faulty. 

Due to the type of product's I sell, as they are created when orders are placed I have a 7-10 working day turn around time.

We are not responsible for any custom fees you may need to pay on your end and this cost is out of our control for international orders and the customer is liable to pay this cost. Please take this into consideration when buying of our website as we cannot refund you due to these costs, as said above all items are made to order and non refundable unless defective on delivery.
